This Thursday November 21st, the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) is really excited to welcome 3 of Canada's most talented Indie acts in the country! Tara Van Der Kolk, Pablo Paddy and headlining the night is the extremely talented Phillip Vonesh and the SpareParts! Phillip Vonesh is a Toronto based singer / songwriter with a distinct roots and americana sound. His songwriting style evokes heartache and wanderlust with clever lyrics and shameless hooks. He is strongly influenced by the 60’s folk revival and 70’s outlaw country, add in some 80’s pop and you have a songwriter who can borrow from any decade and churn out compelling contemporary songs that are as timeless as the ones for which they are influenced. Pablo Paddy is brainchild of Patrick Breeding, haling from St Catherines, the music—eclectic, and moody— draws from a range of influences, including folk, alternative, art-rock, and indie. Tara Van Der Kolk is a Toronto based independent folk/soul singer-songwriter! Music fans, you need to check out all of this talent! The show starts at 8pm, there will be a $5 cover charge!
