The Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) always loves bringing in brand new tribute acts to our venue and that's exactly what we will be doing on Saturday February 8! Strange Brood: The Music of Cream & Jack Bruce will be performing at the Linsmore for the very first time and we can't wait! Over the years we have received so many requests to bring in British rock pioneers Cream, and finally we are able to deliver on this popular request! A tribute to the music of Cream and Jack Bruce, Strange Brood explore both the hits and hidden gems of one of rock's finest power trios. From the blues of their debut 'Fresh Cream', to the psychedelia of 'Disraeli Gears' and 'Wheels of Fire', Strange Brood also delve into the solo career of Jack Bruce along with excursions into West, Bruce & Laing, the Baker-Gurvitz Army and beyond. Featuring Christopher Norman on guitar, Scott Hannigan on bass, and James Scott on drums, Strange Brood present the music of Cream and Jack Bruce! Tickets for this show are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. You can buy tickets at the bar or online here: BUY TICKETS!!
