This is going to be a truly exceptional evening of music, that all music fans need to check out, as the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) is excited to welcome for the very first time on Thursday May 30th, The Jon Eckert Trio with opening act Uncle Dad and the Grandbrothers! If you are a fan of some killer instrumentals and jamming, you will love Uncle Dad and the Grandbrothers who have a very cool, unique, old-school instrumental, country jazz sound! While the amazing Jon Eckert Trio is a Blues Rock, Power Trio! Featuring Jon Eckert who is a Toronto singer/songwriter/ axe slinger who has played in outfits such as Electric Meat, Surface to Sound and the Loon Lake Allstars. He is joined by long time friends and musical compatriots Alastair Miller and Scott Logan of the Hatchetmen who are providing the backbone of this new guitar driven sound which has a touch of everything from country blues to rock and pop. This Sunday May 26th, it's going to be another spectacular evening of blues with the Frank Cosentino Band at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) for Molson Canadian Blues Sunday! Only the best in blues music when it comes to Blues Sunday at the Linsmore and that is definitely the case for whenever The Frank Consentino Band hits our stage for Blues Sunday! Frank Consentino is a Blues Guitar Virtuoso who was also inducted into The Blues Hall of Fame in 2017! Frank has been touring the world for more than 30 years performing blues music and to be a Master Blues Artist, you have to have some serious chops. Influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and the 3 Kings (Freddie King, Albert King, B B King), you will absolutely love Franks guitar driven blues! Party Band Trainwreck Returns to the Linsmore Tavern for a fundraiser!

On Friday May 24th, the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) is extremely excited to welcome back one of our absolute favourite bands in the world who all happen to be from the neighbourhood, Trainwreck! Trainwreck have played a ton of great shows over the years including the last 6 New Years Eve parties at the Linsmore and it's always a packed house when they hit the stage! With an incredibly fun set-list that has everyone up and dancing, it's always a party when Trainwreck rolls into the Linsmore Tavern! This show is also a fundraiser with proceeds going towards local music schools. One of Toronto's hottest party bands, TRAINWRECK features a talented ensemble of Toronto musicians who play pretty much anything to shake the house down. Fronted by TV and stage actor Rick Miller, TRAINWRECK specializes in funky originals and uptempo rock covers. From Elvis (Presley) to Elvis (Costello), from Gabriel to Gaga, from ABBA to ZAPPA, they aim to delight and surprise with every song we play.
