Kensington Hillbilly's Presents "The Crooked Beat" - All Clash, All Night at the Linsmore Tavern!

Friday May 15th is going to be quite a night at the Linsmore Tavern, as we are welcoming one of Toronto's most respected bands and one that we are extremely excited to see.  The Kensington Hillbillys will be ready to rock and they are bringing their unique tribute called to Punk Rock legends, The Clash called Crooked Beat!

Early 2012 , Toronto's Kensington Hillbillys were invited back to Japan's largest rock festival " Fuji Rock ".  Having performed at the festival the previous year, the band was well aware of the close relationship between The Clash and their Japanese fans and thought it would be a great idea to record an album of Clash covers. The resulting recording was called The Crooked Beat. The songs are arranged and performed in the unmistakable Kensington Hillbillys style. The band continues to perform shows as " The Crooked Beat "-  their salute to the music of The Clash.

There will be a real amazing vibe to this show and surely don't want to miss out on this night!  Tickets are $5 in advance and $10 at the door!  You can buy tickets at the Linsmore Tavern or right here: BUY TICKETS!!
